2005 Kansas City Trips
These pictures were taken during two trips to Kansas City. On April 2, 2005 while in Kansas City for my high school alumni banquet, I visited the Liberty Memorial / Penn Valley Park area and took these pictures. In June I took some pictures of the flooding around my parents' house in Grain Valley.
View of downtown Kansas City from Liberty Memorial. The Power and Light building is on the left. The tallest building is One Kansas City Place. The Commerce Tower (with the orange globe) is between One Kansas City Place and the Transamerica building. The old Federal building (with two spires which are hard to see) is just to the right of the Transamerica building.
