January Meeting of the Plano SAR Chapter

The Plano Chapter, Texas Society of the Sons of the American Revolution held their January meeting on January 3, 2023. During that meeting the 2023 chapter officers were sworn in by state society president Jim Kuykendall.
Ray King is presented his new member certificate from NSAR. Ray talked about his patriot ancestor, John Tyson, who was a member of the Safety Committee for Pitt County, NC and also was in its militia.
