These videos from 1957 were originally recorded on 8mm film.
They were converted to DVD by Mike's Video Transfer in Hurst, Texas.
I am currently experimenting with embedding these videos from Youtube.
The Youtube versions of these videos have no audio. When they were converted from 8mm film, Mike's Video Transfer added a musical background but Youtube considers that audio to be a copyright violation, so I muted it.

Raking Leaves
This video was one of the first my parents recorded in 1957.
It must have been taken on a Sunday because in some of the scenes Dad and I are wearing a white shirt. (Dad is wearing a tie.)
If you look closely you will see that I had a trailer for my tricycle.
The video is pretty dark. I believe that is due to the age of the film when it was converted.
Dad's 30th Birthday
Dad's 30th birthday was October 14th, 1957.
I'm not sure this video was recorded on that exact date, but it was about then.
There is a short clip of Grandpa Beach holding my brother Alan.
Thanksgiving 1957
This video was recorded at Grandma and Grandpa Beach's house on Thanksgiving.
Besides our family, Beverly and Don's family was there.
This was almost two years before Patsy married Tommy and I don't see him in the pictures.
